1. Overview
Skills Pro is an educational application designed to provide high-quality technical knowledge and vocational resources to professionals across multiple trades. In addition to our educational content, the app features Graphic Maker AI—a tool that allows users to access, filter, and copy pre-engineered AI prompt templates to generate creative design materials. Furthermore, the app includes a Design Shop where users can request and order professional templates and designs (such as Shadi Cards, Social Media Posters, CV Designs, or Custom Designs) using an integrated virtual Coin System backed by secure cloud synchronization. We are committed to maintaining the highest standards of user privacy and transparency. Your learning and design experience is personal, and we keep it that way.
2. Information We Collect & Authentication
We believe in data minimization. We only collect the minimal information necessary to deliver account sync services and process orders in our Design Shop. Here is exactly what data is collected and why:
- 1 Anonymous Authentication: When you start using Skills Pro, an anonymous Firebase account is created locally. This allocates a secure, randomized User ID (UID) to link your earned coins and pending orders to your physical device without asking for any personal details.
- 2 Google Sign-In: If you choose to link your account via Google Sign-In, we securely retrieve your Google user ID, name, email address, and profile picture URL. This is strictly used to sync, save, and restore your virtual coin balance across multiple devices or after reinstalling the app.
- 3 Coin Balance History: The current coin balance is synchronized with our secure database in Cloud Firestore, tied specifically to your Google or Anonymous UID.
- 1 Client Details: When you submit a design order, we collect your Name, Phone Number, and WhatsApp Number. This allows our design team to contact you and securely deliver your final graphic layout.
- 2 Order Details & Notes: We collect your specific design requirements, descriptions, and user notes (such as card details, text, and styling specifications) along with the selected design type and the coin cost.
- 3 Order Status & Logs: Timestamps and order statuses (Pending, Approved, Completed) are recorded in Google Firestore to coordinate fulfillment.
3. App Permissions & System Features
Skills Pro utilizes specific Android permissions and platform interfaces to deliver its core features. We believe in total transparency regarding why each capability is requested:
Used to verify Firebase Authentication states, securely sync coin balances and design orders in Cloud Firestore, download PDF guides from Firebase Storage, synchronize active prompt lists, load ads from Google AdMob, and launch WhatsApp for support and order reviews.
Used on Android 13 and above to deliver push notifications about new courses, updates, order completions, and major app announcements via Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM).
Utilized locally when you tap "Copy Prompt" inside the Graphic Maker AI tool. This saves the selected prompt text strictly onto your device's local system clipboard so you can paste it elsewhere. No clipboard content is uploaded or monitored.
Required by the document scanning utilities (such as Smart Scan) to capture images of physical papers and convert them. The scanning and image processing are performed 100% locally on-device. No camera feed or images are uploaded or sent to any server.
Used to export and save your processed PDF documents and completed graphic designs directly to your device's public folders (such as Downloads and Pictures/SkillsPro). The app does not read or scan any of your existing private photos or files.
4. Internet Permission — Detailed Use
Here is exactly how the network access permission is utilized within Skills Pro:
- 1 Firebase Storage & Database Sync: Course manuals are hosted on Google Firebase Storage. The Graphic Maker AI screen loads prompts from Firebase Realtime Database. Secure Authentication, coin balances, and Design Shop orders are synchronized using Cloud Firestore.
- 2 Google AdMob Integration: Network access is used to request and load ad banners, interstitial ads, and rewarded video ads that grant coins.
- 3 Push Notifications via FCM: The app connects to Firebase Cloud Messaging to direct system notifications and status alerts directly to your device.
- 4 WhatsApp Redirections: Launching chat-based customer support or confirming a Design Shop order triggers a secure link to WhatsApp's API to open a direct chat window.
5. Graphic Maker AI — Features & Data Operations
The Graphic Maker AI section helps you format and construct text prompts optimized for external generative platforms.
- 1 Template Synchronization: The image templates and filter categories are served from Firebase Realtime Database. The app operates in a read-only mode here. No user designs, images, modifications, or search histories are uploaded back.
- 2 Local Device Copy: Prompt text extraction is managed locally through the Android Clipboard interface. This operation is completely private, sandboxed, and executed on-device.
- 3 External Launcher: Options to open Google Gemini and OpenAI ChatGPT redirect to their official mobile applications or websites. No private tracking identifiers are sent during redirection.
6. Design Shop & Custom Design Orders
The Design Shop allows users to order curated graphic configurations, including:
To place an order successfully, the system charges virtual in-app coins (e.g., 210 coins for a CV Design, or a flexible quantity starting from 50 coins for Custom Design requests).
- 1 Database Registration: Once you submit an order, your name, contact phone, WhatsApp number, request details (user notes), order status, and coin amount are securely written to our Google Firebase Firestore database, tagged with your account's unique ID.
- 2 WhatsApp Direct Messenger: To complete the coordination and provide your raw details (like photos, custom text, or layouts), the app securely forwards your formatted order notes to Mujeeb Ur Rehman via WhatsApp. This transition opens the official WhatsApp chat.
- 3 Delivery & Local Downloads: Completed designs can be tracked and downloaded directly from the "My Orders" screen in the app, or delivered via WhatsApp/email. Downloaded graphics are saved directly to your device's Pictures/SkillsPro gallery directory. We do not publish your designs publicly inside the app.
7. Coin Wallet System & Rewarded Ads
Skills Pro operates a virtual, closed-loop Coin System used strictly as credit to request professional graphic layouts in the Design Shop.
- 1 No Real Money Transactions: We do not offer cash-ins, card payments, or microtransactions. The coins are strictly virtual and cannot be exchanged for physical currency.
- 2 Earned via Rewarded Video Ads: Users can earn coins by watching Google AdMob Rewarded Video Ads inside the app. AdMob registers the successful video view event and tells our app to add the virtual coins to your wallet.
- 3 Device Identity & Ad Partners: To load and reward these video sessions properly, Google AdMob processes your device's mobile Advertising ID and approximate connection geography. This ensures ad delivery, prevents invalid ad click activity, and secures the validity of the rewarded coins.
- 4 Firestore Backup: When signed in anonymously or through Google, your coin wallet balance is synced instantly with Cloud Firestore. This ensures you do not lose your balance when switching devices or uninstalling the application.
8. PDF Utility Tools — Local Processing
Skills Pro includes a suite of powerful PDF utilities, including Organize PDF, Merge PDF, Split PDF, Rotate PDF, Add Page Numbers, and Scan to PDF. We have engineered these tools with absolute data sovereignty in mind.
- 1 100% Local Processing: Every single PDF operation is executed entirely on your device's local hardware. Your private documents, scans, and images are never uploaded, transmitted, or stored on any external server or cloud database.
- 2 Secure Native Exports: When you save a modified PDF or a set of scanned images, the app securely hands the files over to the Android MediaStore API. This saves your files directly into your device's public Downloads or Pictures folders.
- 3 No Tracking or Analysis: We do not scan the contents, read the text, extract metadata, or log the names of the documents you process through our tools. Your business documents remain strictly your business.
9. Push Notifications
Skills Pro uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send push notifications regarding app updates, new course documents, and critical support tracking. This system routes notifications using randomized, anonymous device registration tokens.
- 1 New Material Alerts: Notification updates when highly requested educational course guides or design templates are added.
- 2 Feature & Maintenance Notices: Bulletins detailing new tool capabilities (like additions to the Graphic Maker) or application updates.

11. Third-Party Infrastructure Services
Skills Pro coordinates with the following service providers to implement database synchronization, account authentication, file transfers, rewarded ads, and external interactions:
Google AdMob (Advertising Platform): Used to request and display banners, interstitials, and rewarded video advertisements. AdMob may automatically collect and process certain pseudonymous device identifiers (like the Android Advertising ID), approximate IP location data, and technical diagnostic metrics to display ads, prevent fraudulent activity, and verify rewarded coin logs. Google Firebase & Firestore (Database and Storage): Used to host downloadable course manuals (Firebase Storage), deliver real-time configurations (Firebase Realtime Database), authenticate user profile structures securely (Firebase Authentication), and sync user coin records/Design Shop orders (Cloud Firestore). Standard diagnostic logs are utilized purely to maintain system uptime under the conditions of the Google Privacy Policy.
Google Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM): Used to route push notifications. It relies on anonymous diagnostic tokens to point messages correctly, which are not coupled with any user profile metrics.
WhatsApp (Meta Platforms): Opening customer support or submitting a Design Shop order launches a direct conversation with Mujeeb Ur Rehman. Data transferred during these chats is governed by WhatsApp's Privacy Policy.
Generative Platforms (Google Gemini & OpenAI ChatGPT): Users choosing to run prompts are redirected securely to these third-party environments. Any prompt interaction, account registration, or generation on those tools falls under the respective privacy conditions of Google and OpenAI.
12. Account & Data Deletion
We believe in giving you full control over your information. Since we support Google Sign-In and store design orders and coin history in Cloud Firestore, you have the right to request deletion of your account and any associated personal data at any time. You can request account and data deletion by sending a message directly to Mujeeb Ur Rehman via the WhatsApp support link or email listed below. Upon receiving your request, we will delete your user record, linked Google profile info, coin balance history, and design order details from our databases within 7 business days.
13. Children's Privacy
Skills Pro compiles professional technical materials suited for vocational professionals and adult tradespeople. The application is not developed for children under the age of 13, and we do not collect, target, or capture metrics from minors.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may modify this privacy document occasionally to align with additional features, changes in tools, or modifications to local regulations. Any adjustments will be posted directly inside this privacy file, accompanied by a refreshed revision date below. We recommend auditing this policy regularly to remain updated on our privacy processes.
